2. Acceptance of terms
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. Eligibility
This site sells equipment for verified medical cannabis patients. A valid prescription is required for membership and entry to the premises; staff verify this on the first visit.
4. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, prices and images are accurate. Minor variations may exist. Prices include UK VAT at the applicable rate.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We may refuse to accept an order at our discretion (e.g. product unavailable, suspected fraud).
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe; we do not store card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed.
7. Delivery
UK delivery times are typically 1–3 business days. Free delivery applies to orders over £60. We use tracked courier services. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
8. Cancellation and returns
See our Returns Policy. You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, which we extend to 30 days as a goodwill gesture.
9. Product use
Products sold on this site are vaporisers and accessories intended for use with lawfully prescribed medicines. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their use of any product complies with UK law. We do not sell, supply or prescribe cannabis or any controlled substance.
10. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Mary Jane's Place or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce site content without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of products or this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Orders are subject to the terms in force at the time the order is placed.
