Membership is free for verified patients — it's the perks, not a barrier. Anyone can visit, shop or have a drink; you only need a valid prescription to use your medicine here. Members also get equipment hire, loyalty points and members-only events.

Common questions
What counts as proof of prescription?
The dispensing label on your pharmacy packaging is best. A prescriber letter or a copy of your current prescription also works. We don't need your medical history — just enough to confirm you're a prescribed UK patient.
How do you store loyalty points?
On a membership card linked to your phone number — show it at the counter, we add your points, you spend them when you like. No app, no data harvesting. Just numbers next to your name.
Can I bring a non-patient friend in?
Yes — anyone over 18 is welcome to visit and have a drink. Only using your medicine here needs verification, so your friend can't join in on that side of things.
What if I lose my prescription paperwork?
We can re-verify with any new prescription or dispensing label. Your membership and points carry over, so you don't lose anything.
