1. The short version
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days as a goodwill gesture, on condition the product is unused and in its original packaging.
2. How to start a return
- Email us at info@maryjanesplace.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply with a return address and (where applicable) a pre-paid return label.
- Pack the item securely with all original accessories, manuals and packaging.
- Send it back. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
3. Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us immediately at info@maryjanesplace.co.uk. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
4. Manufacturer warranties
Faults that develop after 30 days are typically handled under the manufacturer's warranty (e.g. Storz & Bickel offer 2 years on the Mighty+ and 3 years on the Volcano). We will help facilitate warranty claims. Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer.
5. What we cannot refund
- Used or partially-used hygiene-sensitive items (mouthpieces, screens) once the seal has been broken
- Products returned without their original packaging or accessories
- Products damaged through misuse, modification or accident
- Custom-engraved or personalised items
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Where this policy is less favourable than your statutory rights, your statutory rights take precedence.
