The Arizer Extreme Q is a mains-powered desktop vaporiser that gives you two ways to medicate: fill a balloon bag for hands-free dosing, or draw directly through the whip. Convection heating through a glass path keeps flavour clean, and a remote lets you set temperature by the degree from across the room. It suits patients who medicate at home and want flexibility without paying desktop flagship prices. Heat-up takes around two minutes and it is a fixed home device, but for the money the vapour quality is hard to fault.
